This Legal Statement governs all access to and use of the website located at peiex.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), as well as all custom neon sign design, production, sales, delivery and after-sales services provided by Peiex through this Website. All visitors, customers and users who browse, register, inquire, place orders or purchase products on this Website shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and unconditionally agreed to all terms stipulated in this Legal Statement.

1. Company & Service Overview

Peiex is a professional supplier focusing on custom neon light and neon sign manufacturing services. Our Website provides one-stop services including personalized pattern design, text customization, size adjustment, color matching, wholesale and retail of indoor & outdoor neon lights. All customized products are handmade, and relevant service rules and product specifications are subject to the latest content displayed on the official Website.

2. Intellectual Property Copyright Statement

  1. Website Original Content: All texts, pictures, videos, design drafts, logo trademarks, page layouts and artwork displayed on peiex.com are protected by global copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. Without prior written official authorization, any individual or enterprise shall not copy, reproduce, modify, disseminate, resell, crawl or use the above content for commercial or non-commercial purposes.Customer Custom Content: Customers shall ensure that all text, patterns, logos, images and creative materials submitted for neon light customization do not infringe the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, trademark rights or other legitimate rights and interests of any third party. Peiex shall not be liable for any legal disputes, compensation claims and losses arising from illegal or unauthorized customized content provided by customers. Customers shall independently bear all legal liabilities and economic losses caused by unauthorized custom materials.
  2. Display Case Works: All finished neon light cases displayed on the Website are actual products produced by Peiex. Unauthorized imitation, copying and mass production of our finished product designs are strictly prohibited.
  3. Color Deviation: There will be slight color differences between product pictures displayed on electronic devices (mobile phones, computers, tablets) and physical neon lights due to different screen resolutions, display parameters and ambient light conditions. Such subtle color deviation is not classified as product quality problems.
  4. Handmade Trace: All neon signs are manually welded and produced. Minor manual traces, tiny welding spots and slight size errors within ±1cm belong to normal production process allowances, not defective products.
  5. Design Modification Rule: Free design modification is limited to the number of revisions specified in the order. Additional design revisions proposed by customers after confirming the draft will incur extra design fees, which shall be borne by customers.
  6. Our neon lights are equipped with matched standard power adapters and installation accessories. Peiex provides official installation instructions, but does not provide on-site door-to-door installation services by default.
  7. All personal safety risks, equipment damage risks and property losses caused byunofficial wiring, incorrect installation, use of mismatched power supplies, outdoor use without waterproof protection, man-made collision and disassembly without permission shall be borne solely by users. Peiex will not assume any direct or indirect liability.
  8. Neon lights are decorative lighting products, not industrial lighting equipment. Customers shall use the products in accordance with product parameters and usage scenarios marked on the manual. Any loss caused by over-range use is at the customer's own risk.

3. Order, Logistics & After-Sales Liability Limitation

  • Production Cycle: Custom neon products require exclusive handmade production. The official production cycle is for reference only. Slight delays caused by peak order seasons, raw material shortages or objective logistics factors do not constitute breach of contract by Peiex.
  • Logistics Damage: We will conduct strict packaging and quality inspection before delivery. Once the goods are signed for normally without damage record on the logistics waybill, subsequent appearance damage caused by logistics transportation, manual handling after receipt of goods will not be included in the free after-sales scope.
  • Non-Refundable Custom Products: All personalized customized neon signs cannot be resold to third parties. After the design draft is confirmed and production starts, customers cannot apply for unconditional refund or order cancellation unless our side has major quality problems confirmed by official inspection.

peiex.com may contain hyperlinks to third-party platforms, social media accounts or cooperative partner websites for user convenience. Peiex has no control over the content, privacy policies and service rules of third-party websites. We do not undertake any legal liability for any risks, losses or disputes arising from users accessing third-party platforms through the links on this Website.

5. Website Operation & Service Interruption Statement

We reserve the right to update website content, optimize page functions, maintain server systems and upgrade product services regularly or irregularly. Temporary website access failure, page display abnormality or service response delay caused by routine maintenance, network failure, hacker attack, force majeure and other uncontrollable factors will not constitute our liability for breach of service agreement.

6. Limitation of Overall Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Peiex, its affiliates, staff and operators shall not be liable for any indirect losses, incidental losses, consequential losses, profit losses, business interruption losses and mental damage compensation arising from browsing the Website, placing custom orders, using neon products or relying on website information, regardless of whether we have been informed of the possibility of such losses in advance.

Peiex reserves the right to revise, update and adjust all clauses of this Legal Statement at any time according to business development and legal policy changes. The revised terms will take effect immediately upon being published on the official Website. Continued use of the Website and our services after the update means that you accept the revised legal terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Legal Statement and all service contracts generated based on this Website shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, China. In case of any dispute arising from website use, product customization and order transactions, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent court in Hong Kong, China for litigation resolution.
