Peiex recognizes the importance of each order and is therefore committed to providing a reliable delivery service for all products.
Free Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping is offered for all orders delivered to addresses within the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other eligible countries.
Shipping Categories
Items are classified into three categories for shipment:
1. Small Items
These are securely packaged in durable cardboard boxes and dispatched via reputable courier services to the recipient’s designated address.
2. Oversized Items
Such items are enclosed in wooden crates for protection and delivered via reputable courier services.
3. Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are transported by truck to the recipient’s address. Prior to dispatch, the recipient will be notified by email and telephone to coordinate a mutually convenient delivery time.
Shipping Timeframes
All orders are shipped from China.
Production period: 3–5 business days.
Standard shipping period: Under normal circumstances, delivery will be completed within 9–15 business days after the order has been dispatched from our facility in China.
Please note that the above timeframe refers to the shipping period only (excluding production time). For bulk orders, shipping timeframes vary depending on the specific order details.
Note: While most shipments arrive within the estimated delivery window, actual delivery dates may be influenced by flight schedules, weather conditions, or other external factors. For the most accurate delivery estimate, please refer to the tracking information provided.
Shipping Exceptions
PEIEX does not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO addresses. For customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply.
To facilitate customs clearance and avoid delays, please provide a valid telephone number during checkout. This number will be included on the commercial invoice, enabling customs authorities to contact the recipient regarding duty payment.
Shipping Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Peiex will also actively monitor the shipment to help ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Claims – Damaged Items
In the event that items are damaged during transit, PEIEX will promptly produce and expedite a replacement at no additional cost, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
